1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Highline Adventures website and booking platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Booking & Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email with your booking number. Prices displayed are in US dollars and may be subject to taxes and fees.

Highline Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of pricing errors, system malfunctions, or force majeure events.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus a $25 processing fee
14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund
7-13 days before check-in: 25% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

Activity bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Equipment rental cancellations follow the same policy as the associated booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with all posted property rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. Guests are financially responsible for any damage to accommodations, equipment, or facilities caused during their stay.

Guests must be of legal age (18+) to make a booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all activities.

5. Assumption of Risk

Outdoor recreational activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks of injury or loss. Specific waivers may be required before participation in certain activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Highline Adventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in activities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Highline Adventures and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Highline Adventures is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

9. Modifications

Highline Adventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
